Nano-bug

The nano-bugs eat everything that is organic and when they are done and the planet is non-organic they starve and go for a long sleep. They are the true emperors of this god-forsaken planet. Nobody knows what wakes them up. In fact there is nobody to know them right now. Knowing is something that belongs to complex organic creatures which are yet to evolve from the inorganic life forms - again. Nobody knows (again) how these nano-bugs operate, only that everything reduces to basic molecules like amino acids and sulphates.

The blessing

The fear of unknown drives most of our behaviours. I have wondered why people don’t move from a miserable life at one place to try luck in another place or territory or country. The average guy prefers to stick with the known devil than figuring out the unknown. The difference between known and unknown is not just the knowledge but the sum of knowledge and the courage to overcome the barrier of ignorance. I have faced many situations where the enormity of figuring something out has eclipsed the joy of knowing. Once done, it was as easy as a breeze. The blessing and courage to overcome the knowledge is what divides the fearless from the fearful.
